Пожалуйста! Помогите с коррекцией перевода!

Не могу разобраться как исправить перевод...
1 Запускаю
"MTool"
2 Открываю "MCenter" Почему нет внизу справа переключения на русский язык?
3 В "Создать контент" открываю "Translate Fix"
4 Непонятно что прописывать и откуда в [Translate Fix]
5 ID. Новый?
6 описание:?
7 Жму «Импортировать CSV» и загружаю файл из директории игры. кодировка)
Открывается таблица с крякозябрами( неправильная кодировка)
Как это исправить?

You need make the CSV file to utf8 encoding.

Я думал что нужно bin-файл вставлять из папки переводимой игры. А где искать CSV-файл?

There are no files for you to insert here — this is a “fill in what you see during the game” area.
There are no preset entries.

The CSV export/import is just for your convenience when editing externally.

You can paste this "How to use" to any AI, for help.

Basic use:
    If you see "others1 BBB others2" after the game has been translated
    you want to replace it from BBB to CCC
    If you want to replace it regardless what the original text is
    
    don't fill anything in A 
    fill in "BBB" to B
    fill in "CCC" to C 
    
    and that's it.
    
    You will see "others1 CCC others2" in the game.
Advanced 1: 
    If you want to replace BBB with CCC only when AAA appears in the original text, fill in "AAA" in A
    
Advanced 2 (only for users who can write regular expressions): 
    You can use a RegExp to match AAA and BBB.
    See JavaScript's regular expressions and String.replace() method for details.
    You need to fill in the entire regular expression, including the slash and optional flag, if you don't fill in the flag, it defaults to "gi" e.g. "/(others1)(BBB)(others2)/mg" or "/(others1)(BBB)(others2)/"
    
    CCC can be replaced by using "$$" "$&" "$`" "$'" "$n" "$<Name>" in a capture.
    
An example for Advanced 2:
    The original game text: DDDEEEAAAZZZXXX
    After translation: YYYHHHBBBPPPXXX
        A: AAA
        B: /YYYH(HH)(BBB)(PPP)X(X)X/
        C: $1CCC$2JJ$3
    Result: HHCCCPPPJJX
    
The Logic Example:
    //replace in order of CCC length from longest to shortest, or localeCompare if length is the same

Хотя согласно справки для замены например "Привет мир" на "Привет земля" Я должен "А" оставить пустым, в "В" вставить "мир" а в "С" вставить "земля" Тогда вообще непонятно как этот CSV исправит строку в моей игре....

If you don't understand it, you don't need a CSV file at all.
