问题描述 / Issue Description:
windows端 “游戏库”-“选择封面图片”功能似乎失效表现：选择本地图片（无论通过系统文件选择器或是工具自带的文件浏览器）点击确定后，封面图片不发生更改（不发生报错提示）。
检查情况：
1.所有游戏（不同物理盘/根目录）均发生
2.数月以前的某个旧版本中此功能可用，尝试选择旧版本可用的图片，同样无法成功更改
3.重启mtool或电脑，问题依旧存在
4.之前在旧版本中设定的本地封面图片能够正常加载【系统状态 / System State】
