请问每次更新以后会跳一个CMD ping的命令怎么回事？

之前爱发电官网订阅页面下载的一直在线更新。
很久没更新，现在每次在线更新会跳这个界面，IP是127.0.0.01没注意看。

确实是会执行 ping, 代替 timeout 用的...
但按理说会退出.为的就是拖几秒再重启.
