软件能否内置高版本的webview

（近一年内出现的情况）新出的安卓游戏大都使用高版本的webview做依托部分旧手机webview版本较低使用RPG Maker MV/MZ I TyranoBuilder（极速模式）无法读取RPG Maker MV/MZ I TyranoBuilder（兼容模式）白屏（有声音可操作）（看别的帖子适合基础页面冲突）
能否通过内置高版本webview解决部分旧手机webview版本较低的问题
