加载翻译文件后游戏会时常变得掉帧/卡顿

会明显感觉到整个操作系统都变卡，帧数掉到个位数，不进行新对话的话过几秒会自动修复。
系统配置没有什么问题
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D
GPU: RX 6700XT
RAM: 32GB
硬盘: M.2 NVMe SSD不用MTool加载翻译玩游戏的话不会出现这个情况。
和RPGM引擎也无关，不同的引擎都会出现这个情况。
卡顿的时候无论是GPU、CPU、还是内存占用率都在很低值，所以只能理解是软件层面的问题了，我问了下其他人也有这种情况。
