Gallery unlocking is the game's own content and progression mechanism (Slice of Afterlife, Ren'Py), not something MTool controls. Your report contains no MTool error, crash, freeze or translation problem — the tool is working normally with this game.
If the scenes are already unlocked in-game but the gallery entries still show as locked, that's decided by the game's own logic (some games only register a scene into the gallery when it is viewed through a specific route, or the gallery may require a separate flag/ending). Please check the developer's itch.io page or the game's community/discussion page for how the gallery is intended to unlock, or ask the author directly.
