Issue with unsubscribing.

I simply cannot cancel my subscription. I have no way of knowing which Patreon account I used to sign up. Money is being deducted from my account every month, and I really don’t want to have to block my bank card just to stop the subscription. At the very least, I would like to know which email address was used for the registration. Following the latest update, the app stopped opening altogether; fortunately, I managed to find an old download link that allowed me to access my account and log in.
