无法启动
AI 助手给用户的回复（自动生成，可能不准确，以开发者回复为准）：
这个游戏启动不了有两个原因，而且都不是 MTool 可以修好的：

引擎不受支持。《おね→ショタ←おね》用的是 YU-RIS 引擎（你那个翻译补丁目录里的 ysbin、sjis_ext.bin 就是它的文件）。MTool 手机端只支持 RPG Maker XP/VX/VX Ace/MV/MZ、TyranoBuilder、Ren'Py 等，PC 端支持的列表里也没有 YU-RIS，所以点“启动游戏”后只会弹出“移动端暂仅支持……”的提示，无法进入游戏。

资源本身还没解包。游戏库里现在只有压缩包和光盘镜像（ONESHOTA_GAMEDISC.ISO / .MDS 以及那个 .rar），没有解出来的游戏目录；手机也没法直接运行 ISO 镜像。
所以无论怎么调整设置都启动不了，只能等以后支持这个引擎，或者换其他方式玩。如果你手上有已经解包成普通文件夹（里面有 exe、ysbin、pac 等）的版本，可以用 Winlator 之类的方式在电脑环境里自己跑，但那已经不在 MTool 的范围内了。
