请问怎么把bin文件转成json啊

小白想请教一下各位，我想用mtool生产.json文件用来嵌入游戏，但最近更新后我发现mtool翻译生成的都是.bin文件，只有导出待翻译文本生成的是.json，请问各位大佬是怎么获得.json格式的翻译文本啊
