问题描述 / Issue Description:
Some NPCs aren't visible.

The AI assistant's reply to the user (automatic, may be wrong; the developers' replies take precedence):

I checked the running game directly, and the missing NPCs are a problem in the game's own image files — not MTool.

What I found:

The NPC you were facing (and the other "通常 人" people on this map) uses the picture files www/img/characters/d_seito01–14.png. In this copy each of those files only contains artwork in its upper-left area (three characters in one row). The game asks for the 5th character slot, which sits in the empty lower half of the picture, so nothing is drawn — the NPC is "there" but has no visible picture.

Your own character uses a complete picture file, which is why only some NPCs disappear while others and the doors/objects look fine.

I verified the PNG files themselves on disk (not just what MTool loaded), so this would look the same without MTool. MTool cannot fix it, because the artwork simply isn't inside those files.

Two more signs that this copy is not complete: www/img/pictures/WeatherEvening.png is missing entirely (the game keeps requesting it and gets a 404; only WeatherSun.png and WeatherWhite.png exist).

What to do: use a complete copy of the game — either the original "Flash Cycling Ride 2 Ver1.20" or a properly packed "Mod Final" release. If you have another copy, compare www/img/characters/ in both folders (the files should be roughly 40–50 KB and contain characters across the whole image); replacing the damaged series with the ones from a complete copy will bring the NPCs back.

If you get a complete copy and the NPCs are still invisible with MTool, write back here in the chat and I'll take another look at the running game.
